These Terms govern your use of the website at cloudlogicapps.digital and any engagement letter you enter with Cloudlogicapps for branch expense audit oversight and related review work.

Acceptance

By using this website or instructing us to begin work, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.

Services described online

Pages describing engagements, fees, and field reviews are informational. Binding scope, timing, and fees appear only in a signed engagement letter. We may decline or postpone work where access, documents, or conflicts make a fair sample impossible.

Intellectual property

Website text, layout, and original materials remain the property of Cloudlogicapps unless otherwise stated. Exception schedules and working papers prepared under an engagement belong to the client upon full payment, subject to our right to retain copies for professional records and regulatory needs.

Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate information about outlets, policies, and access. Managers must not alter or destroy vouchers after a document request is issued. Delays caused by incomplete packs may shift the timetable without reducing fees already earned for work performed.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Hong Kong law, Cloudlogicapps is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or reputational harm. Our aggregate liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Our work is a sample-based review of branch expenses. It is not a guarantee that all irregularities have been found, nor a substitute for a statutory audit.

Website use

You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or scrape content for commercial reuse without written consent. Content is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, unless an engagement letter specifies a different dispute process.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
