Fees follow the size of the sample, the number of districts we travel to, and whether work is a one-off review or a quarterly retainer.
Pricing is informational. There is no online checkout. Final fees are confirmed in a written engagement letter after we understand outlet count, categories, and access constraints.

- Number of outlets in the sample and whether they share a district
- Categories included (petty cash only versus claims, catering, and local procurement)
- Need for evening or early-morning visits around trading hours
- Whether report language must be bilingual
- Rush timing inside the last two weeks before year-end close
Deposit
A 30% deposit confirms the on-site calendar. The balance is due on delivery of the final exception schedule. See our refund policy for cancellation and rescheduling rules.
